Summer poly floral honey

The honey collected in the wild meadows of the apiary KUPA is rich yellow-brown in color, pleasant in smell and light in taste. This poly floral summer honey is collected from a variety of meadow and forest plant flowers. Summer honey is dominated by nectar of raspberry, clover, mustard, safflower, barberry, linden and cornflower. This honey is rich in vitamins B and C, in addition, it has a high content of phytoncides, so it is bactericidal. When used prophylactically, it reduces the risk of respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases.
The final quality of honey is determined by very strict restrictions on its production. For example, the requirement that its temperature does not rise by more than 30 °C at any stage of production means that all natural enzymes, essential compounds and other ingredients remain in the honey. Only mature (hooked) honey with a moisture content not exceeding 20% is collected.
In order to protect the properties of bee products as much as possible and to preserve their biological activity in the apiary for longer, apiary KUPA bees are kept only in wooden hives, and bees are treated only with natural means. Finished products are kept tightly closed, protected from moisture, light and odors, optimal temperature indoors.
